Often, challenges arise due to the bridging problem, caused by the unexpected adhesion of solid particles in the gas media. To combat this, nitrogen enters through an aeration cone located at the bottom of the coal powder charging bucket, promoting powder homogenization. This process effectively reduces the acting forces among the powder particles, allowing for a smooth, gravity-aided flow once the aeration cone is activated, ensuring seamless coal handling.
